Client Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between your utility locates and Alberta One Call (click before you dig)?
Alberta One Call is a great, free service for residential owners looking to do smaller ground disturbance projects (e.g., building a fence).
- They will mark out utilities on your property but don’t provide data or schematics for design purposes
- They will only mark out public, shallow utilities (e.g., not deep utilities)
- They only validate their data for 2 week period (valid locates are required to proceed with excavation)
If you need something more comprehensive than the above, that’s where we come in. Get in touch for an estimate.
What's your turnaround time?
Turnaround times for underground utilities jobs will depend on your requirements and the size of the project, traffic accommodation requirements, other safety considerations, and the amount of data processing required. However, we do everything we can to meet your timelines.
We’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate after we know the details of your project.
